OTJIWARONGO, 16 MAR (NAMPA) – Tsumeb Police Station Commander, Chief Inspector Bernhard Nghuulivali on Friday appeared in the Tsumeb Magistrate’s Court on charges of murder and defeating the course of justice.
Namibian Police Force (NamPol) head of media relations, Chief Inspector Kaunapawa Shikwambi confirmed the arrest and court appearance of Nghuulivali to Nampa on Friday afternoon.
