TR-COURT REMAND - Tripura court grants police transit remand of man held for making derogatory remarks against WB CM

Ambassa (Tripura), Oct 12 (PTI) A local court has granted West Bengal Police five-day transit remand of a man arrested for allegedly making derogatory remarks on social media against Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
The chief judicial magistrate granted the remand Thursday for taking the accused Tushar Sharma to Kolkata from Tripura's Dhalai district.
The West Bengal Police had sought his transit remand.
