Namcor to manage national oil storage

WINDHOEK, 13 MAR (NAMP) – The National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (Namcor) will manage the envisaged multi-million dollar national oil storage facility upon completion, Minister of Mines and Energy, Tom Alweendo announced.
At a media conference here on Tuesday, Alweendo said Namcor will manage the facility on behalf of Government.
The facility is located five kilometres from the port town of Walvis Bay between the naval base and Bird Island.
