De Lange and Vorster win Nedbank MTB Championship

WINDHOEK, 25 FEB (NAMPA) – Tristan de Lange and Michelle Vorster were on Sunday crowned the 2018 Nedbank National Mountain Bike champions after impressive individual performances.
The championships were held from the IJG Trails at the Avis Dam to Farm Windhoek, south of the capital.
De Lange, who was in a league of his own during the race, finished the 60 kilometre (km) route for the elite men’s category 10 minutes ahead of the chasing pack with a time of three hours, 13 minutes, 58 seconds. (3:13:58)

OUTAPI, 25 FEB (NAMPA) – Swapo Party Secretary General (SG), Sophia Shaningwa on Saturday vowed to withdraw political office bearers found guilty of ignoring or failing to implement resolutions taken by her party.
