Road safety efforts should be harmonised: !Owos-Oab

KARIBIB, 18 JAN (NAMPA) - National Road Safety Council (NRSC) Chairman, Eliphas !Owos-Oab has called for the harmonisation of efforts to curb road carnage in Namibia.
In a recent interview with Nampa, !Owos-Oab said this can be realised by the unification of traffic law enforcement agencies from local authorities, the Namibian Police Force (NamPol), Roads Authority (RA) and NRSC under one umbrella.
